Are you a parent/guardian or a community member interested in the activities our cadets participate in?

Do YOU want to become more involved with our program?

If so, you are invited to attend the monthly Sponsoring Committee meetings to see what we're all about!  All meetings take place on the first Wednesday night of each month, beginning at 7:00 p.m., and last about an hour. All executive committee members (above) are elected once per year from the main body of regular attendees.

The 3071 Royal Canadian Army Cadet Sponsoring Committee is a non-profit charitable organization.  It was formed to provide financial and other necessary support to the Corps and to assist its Commanding Officer wherever possible throughout the training year (September-June). All donations over $20 to the Committee are eligible for a tax receipt - inquire through the email above.

The Sponsoring Committee is made up of Canadian residents over the age of 18 who are interested in furthering the aims of the Corps. It performs its duties through an Executive Committee, with the help of the larger group of Cadet parents and guardians. All parents and guardians have a say in our Corps activities and endeavours.

The Army Cadet League of Canada (Saskatchewan), which is a major promoter and advocate of the Army Cadet Program in Saskatchewan, oversees the activities and financials of the Corps Sponsoring Committee.

There is no cost to join the cadet program, and much of it is funded by the Federal Government. However, the Corps provides many activities for our cadets, which require us to participate in a few fundraising campaigns each year.

You are always welcome to join us - the more, the merrier!

If you have any questions, please email our Sponsoring Committee Members listed above.
